Right now the clutch engages at the very top. There is no dead play in the pedal at all. My other 5spds weren't like this at all. A friend of mine told me you can adjust the clutch pedal so that it has some dead play in it and that way the clutch doesn't actually engage until further down the push. Anyone know how to do this?

You will need a pedal set from another 90-93 Integra. However if it will not return check the lever in the trans sometimes they can crack or bend and cause the clutch adjustment to bee too loose to adjust.

It wont effect the stock clutch much becuase it takes less movement to make it disengage. The RRE takes more so the adjustments and shift fork and pivot ball have to be in top shape.

If you disengage the clutch(and I am assuming you mean you press the clutch pedal down to floor) of course you are still moving. All that does is disengage the engine from the transmission, it does not stop the vehicle.

I'm against integra that isn't type r or s. Unless you are into the look of the integra which is quite timeless in my opinion then go for the luxury. If you are after performance as well then don't bother with a base model. 2.0L engine isn't much power and you'd find more power for cheaper and in newer cars.

hmm ic, mines hydraulic and if u checked the 2 links above, its from a 240sx but its also hydraulic and i was able to adjust the timing engagement on my 240sx from when i full depress the clutch pedal and the instant i let it go back the clutch is already engaged. thats what i want to do in the civic.
